Chicken Chunks are large, unflavored light-colored chunks. Very firm, and about 3/4 of an inch across. May be used in place of chicken or other white meats in recipes. This product is unflavored, and will mimic raw meat once hydrated. It must be seasoned to taste.
Ingredients: Textured Soy flour
Directions: Soak in very hot water for 30 minutes or until soft. Afterwards, drain excess water and add to recipe.
