Dark flavored chunks about 1/2 an inch across. Very firm. These chunks will retain their shape and texture after cooking. Best used in place of beef or other red meat in recipes. Ideal for making stews, curry, stir-fry, etc.
Ingredients: Soy flour,caramel color, hydrolyzed soy protein, salt, zinc oxide, niacinamide (B3), ferrous sulfate, copper gluconate, Vitamin A palmitate, calcium pantothenate, thiamine mononitrate (B1), pydroxine hydrochloride (B6), riboflavin (B2), cyancobalamin (B12).
Directions: Soak 1 cup of chunks in 1.5 cups of warm water for about 15 minutes, or until soft. Drain excess water and add to your recipe.
